DELIVERIES/COLLECTIONS

All items purchased can be collected from The Barn, Stantons Hall Farm, Eastbourne Road, Blindley Heath, Surrey, RH7 6LG unless otherwise stated.

How long it takes to manufacture your goods depends on the size and quantity of your order. Typically, please allow up to 2-3 working days for your items to be manufactured from receipt of payment

Delivery is calculated at the point of placing the order – if large quantities are required please contact us on 01342 837144 or email fcuplenumsdirect@gmail.com for a price. Please note that we only deliver to UK Mainland

All plenums are made to order to specific sizes as specified by you, the customer.  Therefore all items made to order are exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are non-refundable.

If goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours of receipt)
